What You’ll Do

• Perform detailed, thorough cleaning of repaired vehicles before final delivery.

• Inspect every vehicle for flaws in repaired areas and report any issues promptly.

• Assist in maintaining the shop and outside grounds to ensure a professional environment.

• Keep service tools organized and functioning properly.

• Participate in safety meetings and follow all hazardous waste and safety protocols.

• Perform general cleaning tasks (mopping, sweeping, trash collection) and small repairs as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• License: Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record

• Experience: Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred, but not required

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal communication, and mechanical aptitude

• Mindset: Independent, proactive, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
